Pedal-controlled inflation, pull-type pedal operation and a 186 mm stainless bead breaker cylinder speed up common shop tasks while reducing manual strain. The balancer features a 3 mm thick steel body, automatic A/D measurement input, a hardened 36 mm shaft and sealed electronics for reliable, low-vibration operation. Balancer capacity supports rims under 30" and wheel widths from 3"–12" with balancing accuracy to ±1 g and a 7-second measuring cycle. Operational capacities include up to 41" wheel diameter and 15" wheel width on the tire changer, with outside clamp 12"–22" and inside clamp 14"–24". Installation requires 110–120 V single-phase power and a shop air supply at 116–145 psi; freight delivery and forklift unloading are recommended. The package protects rims with spade and mounting-head covers, includes assist arms and a bead seater, and offers optional wheel guard for added safety.
