This is a single spur.

It is made of iron or steel, with a dark colour.
It dates from the late 19th or early 20th Century.
It has a large eight pointed rowel which still turns.

The heel bands are quite wide.

One side of each spur has silver overlay in horizontal lines .
The other side of each spur has silver overlay in a leaf pattern and horizontal lines.
Each arm ends in a rectangular slot which would have held a swinging button.
