Tasting Notes: The nose is creamy, sweet, chocolate ganache and candied spiced pecans, with candied orange peel, and even a bit of lime. Not even a minute after that it shifts - freshly ground coffee, caramel sauce, a little bit of savoriness, and a flitter of fresh tobacco and rick house as it taps a bit of date, raisin, cherry, and dried cranberry.

The palate is like a charcuterie board as it hits first on those spiced rosemary pecan notes from the nose, before moving into apple butter, dried apricot, raisin, fig jam, and dried cherry. There’s a pop of limeade before a potpourri-like spice to the whole sip, giving nods to cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. All the while, honey sweetened with a bit of antique touch.

The finish is spiced with dried tobacco and slightly smoked notes with plenty of depth to the mouthfeel as it continues long and dry.
