Featuring three types of cooking tools, the Migali C-RO2-24GL-LP gas range can help restaurants expand their menus. On the left, a ³⁄₄-in.-thick polished steel griddle provides an area to cook pancakes and burgers, while on the right, two burners heat stock pots and saucepans with as much as 25,000 BTUs. Underneath the unit, a 27,000-BTU oven can bake desserts or casseroles.

To stand up to heavy-duty use, this Migali C-RO2-24GL-LP gas range has a stainless steel body, stainless steel griddle, and cast iron grates—all of which enhance the durability of the unit. Additionally, both the chrome oven handle and temperature control knobs resist regular wear and tear.
