HOW TO USE:
- Apply to dry hair when moisture, shine and slight hold is needed.
- After applying your leave-in conditoner, apply this curling syrup to damp hair from root to tips, concentrating on areas that are frizzy and dry. Use fingers to twirl each tendril into loops. Allow to dry.
