Measurements for this style are:

Skirt circumference (same width at hip and hem)/elastic measurement 

1x - 58" / 30" elastic waist. 2x - 62" / 33" elastic waist. 3x - 66" / 36" elastic waist. 

4x - 70" / 39" elastic waist. 5x - 76" / 42" elastic waist. 6x - 82" / 45" elastic waist. 

7x - 86" / 48" elastic waist. 8x - 97" / 50" elastic waist. 

9x - 106" / 52" elastic waist. 10x - 114" / 54" elastic waist.

*in larger sizes, depending on the fabric, we may need to add seams.

Our cut and sew charge would be $60 without slits, $64 with slits. Add $5 for pockets.

This style works for both stretch and non-stretch fabrics, but you may need a larger size if the fabric doesn't stretch.  See garment specs.

For this style as shown, for sizes 1x - 10x, you need 2 1/2 yards of 58/60" wide fabric.    For narrow fabric, 44" /45" wide, as follows:

1x - 6x - 2 1/2 yards, 7x - 8x - 3 yards, 9x - 10x requires 3 1/2 yards.

If you have a narrow fabric with a one way print, in the larger sizes it will require 6 yards.
