The Mada Blanc encompasses the three main Alsacian varieties, in a blend. The Gewurz brings a lot of aromatics with light rose petals, orange blossom and pear dancing around. The palate is a nice balance of all three varieties with a steely, citrus drive, textural weight that then carries over to salivating acidity.

This wine pairs well with classic Germanic dishes of pork chops and sauerkraut, bratwurst, schnitzel and spaetzle. Also great with southeast Asian flavours. Thai green curries, biryani rice dishes, saag paneer and tandoori chicken.
