A traditional Etna field blend of Grecanico, Carricante, Minella and other indigenous white grape varieties, sourced from several old vineyards high on the north face of the mountain. The grapes were pressed as whole bunches into stainless steel, and later left on fine lees prior to bottling in June, which gives it the right amount of grip.

Anna’s Bianco is ripe with white peaches and spice, lemon peel and white flowers, zippy, vibrant acidity, and a taut, fresh, mineral-driven palate.

Serve with appetizer's. Great with seafood such as grilled octopus or seafood pasta. Grilled vegetables or caponata.
