This German flecktarn jacket is a high quality, lightweight, and waterproof piece of clothing. The flecktarn pattern is a favourite among camouflage enthusiasts making this jacket an excellent outer layer for the colder times. These ''water vapour permeable 3-layer laminate'' garments have a breathable, waterproof and windproof quality, thanks to the clever construction. Being German, the permeable membrane is likely Sympatex (even better than Gore-Tex) though manufacture varies and these are dated around the 1990's.
