Application

1. Wait for new pavers to fully cure per the paver manufacturer’s guidance (typically 28 days for concrete pavers).
2. Prep the surface: remove stains and residues with the appropriate Techniseal cleaner; clean the entire area with Techniseal Paver Prep for uniform sealing results.
3. Wait until the surface and joints are completely dry before applying.
4. Stir thoroughly before use. Don’t shake.
5. Apply with an airless sprayer or pump sprayer per Techniseal’s recommended technique. Back-roll or back-brush to even coverage and work product into joints.
6. Joint stabilization: when used as a joint binder, ensure joints are full of clean, dry polymeric sand or aggregate before applying.
7. Cure per the technical data sheet. Foot traffic and rain after 80 minutes; full cure time per TDS.
8. Cleanup: use a compatible solvent (consult your dealer or the TDS) — soap and water will not work on this solvent-based product.

Safety

WL-87 is solvent-based and flammable. Use only with adequate ventilation. Eliminate all sources of ignition (pilot lights, electric motors, smoking) during use and until vapors clear. Wear gloves and eye protection. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting — drink 1–2 glasses of water and seek medical attention.
