The Le Vigne di Eli Etna Bianco DOC 2022 is a distinguished white wine from Sicily's Etna region, predominantly crafted from the Carricante grape variety, with a small addition of Catarratto. This wine reflects the unique volcanic characteristics of Mount Etna, providing a complex and refined profile.

It has a pale straw yellow colur with greenish hues. The nose is elegant, featuring aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, stone fruits, and subtle herbal notes.

Medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a mineral backbone. Flavors of lemon zest, green apple, and a touch of almond are complemented by a long, persistent finish.

Best served chilled at 10-12°C.
