How to Cook:

• The gluten free idlies are very easy to cook for your breakfast.
• No overnight soaking, no hassles, just mix water and curds to form idli batter instantly.
• Step 1 - Add 1 measure of MIX to 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of sour curd and mix well to form batter.
• Step 2 - Keep aside for 5 minutes.
• Step 3 - Steam the batter in idly vessel for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
