Cultural Note

We create intimate space for couples, tailored to meet the needs and support in the blessing of your union. Our officiating of this sacred ceremony provides a beautiful honoring of ancient tradition while bringing you and your loved ones together to celebrate your initiation into matrimony. The focus is the couple. This day is all about pouring into the couple and holding a container for them to enter into marriage with joy and harmony.

This service will include traditional ritual activities and can also include any additional elements that the couple wishes that are within the scope of Ìyá Omioki's scope of practice and beliefs.

Service Includes

• Wedding Officiating including facilitation of traditional indigenous African spiritual activities
• Set up and clean up of sacred altar space (excludes the set up and clean up of entire venue)
• (2) 1-hour ceremony planning OR couples counseling appointments prior to wedding 
• Temporary use of supplies, equipment, furniture, or objects used in ceremony
• Facilitation of ceremony activities
• All materials needed to facilitate traditional ritual activities

All wedding ceremony materials are handmade using local, organic, gmo-free, fair-trade ingredients
