This Helen Jones--named on the back of the photo--looks like she was a force to be reconned with, and her dog too! (l keep thinking of Queen Elizabeth with her corgies, an association which this throne-like chair certainly advances!) Really a pretty great  photograph I think, with that very alert pup perfectly posed on one side while she holds a whip in the other, all the while looking like she'd much rather be out walking in that atmospheric than sitting for a photo.
