About Castelli Velocissimo 5 Bib Tight
Minimalist meets performance in this tight with extreme-comfort Thermoflex fabric along with Castelli's fleeced Nano Flex stretch-woven lower leg for splash protection. Especially good when you don't want a deep-winter tight.

The ideal tight for most of your winter riding, the Velocissimo is focused on comfort for riding in mild to cool conditions. Castelli have used their Thermoflex fabric for most of the tight. It's not their warmest fabric, nor does it repel water like Nano Flex, but it is the softest, stretchiest winter tight fabric. The comfort is immediate and lasting. For the lower leg from just below the knee, we switch to Castelli's Nano Flex fleeced stretch-woven fabric that's both warm and highly water repellent for protection against spray coming off wet roads. It's also highly stretchy, and they leave a raw edge so they can construct the ankles without zippers while making sure the tight remains easy to put on and take off. The Kiss Air² seat pad and mesh bibs keep your bum and upper body happy, while large reflective detailing keeps you visible.

About Castelli
Castelli are an Italian clothing manufacturer based in Fonzaso, Italy. In 1876 Vittore Gianni opened a clothing shop in Milan where he created clothing for AC Milan, Juventus, the Milan Ballet and cyclist Alfredo Binda. In 1935 Armando Castelli joined the business and four years later bought the company. He kept these high profile clients and continued making cycling clothing for riders including Fausto Coppi. In 1974 the scorpion logo was created and Castelli was born. Since then they've been at the forefront of innovation creating the first lycra shorts, coloured shorts and use of sublimation.
