This stainless-steel phone with no Dialpad can be used in a variety of applications that require a strong and compact phone with the ability to be able to receive incoming calls such as in pools, hospitals, schools, airports, condo gates, entryways, courtesy, emergency, waiting rooms etc.

• Communication options available: Analog (also referred as PSTN or Landline) and IP (also referred as VOIP, supports SIP protocol).

•  Option:  Dialpad –  This option allows you to have a regular dialpad on this phone to make outgoing calls.  Model HQ-J145

•  Option:  Auto Dial – If you choose the auto-dial option, you will need to use the external keypad model HQ-JWAT in order to program the phone number to auto dial (factory default: 911)  – included).  Keypad for re-programming of the auto dial number is included.  Model:  HQ-J135

•  Option:  No Dial – Receive calls only with speaker/Ring bell can be heard up to 100 feet away. Built-in speaker holes in recommended to be able to hear the ringing of incoming calls from at a greater distance (~100 feet).  Without these holes, you will need to be within 10-15 feet of the phone to be able to hear the ringing of incoming calls.

* Option:  "Speaker Holes".  Important: In order to achieve IP54 rating, you need to choose "No" when asked to specify "Speaker holes".  This limits the distance you can hear the ringing on incoming calls to 10-15 feet.  

If you need to hear the ringing on incoming calls from a greater distance, we recommend that you choose "Yes" on option:  "Speaker holes on the base".  This will affect your weatherproof rating, but it will allow you to hear the ring on incoming calls up to 50 - 75 feet.  

* Option: Available Colors.  Our standard colors are: red, Yellow, and Metal (No color).  We can also apply a plastic coating in the following custom colors:  Blue, Orange, Gray, & Black (see the photo with various phones). Plastic coating for metal is a process that involves applying a layer of plastic to a metal surface to improve metal's resistance to corrosion, durability, and aesthetic appeal.  Polymer powder is sprayed onto a heated metal part.
