Technician’s Note: This is a "Cold Water" or "Single Line" mixing station. When installing the 50' hose, ensure the mounting brackets are secured to a wall that can handle the weight of a water-filled hose. The thermometer is critical for food safety sanitation—calibrate it regularly to ensure your washdown water is hitting the required thermal killing points.
