Black Rock Classic Mexican Cerveza is a light coloured, Mexican style beer with a balanced, crisp clean finish (Think Corona or Sol). Brew with 1kg Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar (or 1kg other sugar) for a crisper finish. For more body, colour and malt flavour use 1.7kg Black Rock Ultralight unhopped malt extract instead of sugar. Beautiful on a summers day, ice cold with a slice of lime!

This Classic Mexican Cerveza pours a pale golden colour with an SRM of 3, offering a light and crisp malt profile. The 100% MaltEurop Lager malt provides a clean and refreshing body with a subtle sweetness. The bitterness from NZ Hops Green Bullet™ is mild, contributing to a balanced finish with an IBU of 10. At 4.5% ABV, this Mexican Cerveza is both session able and thirst-quenching, making it perfect for a hot summer day, especially when served ice cold with a slice of lime.
