Ingredients:  Pycnogenol®, capsule shell: gelatin, rice flour, anti-caking agent: calcium salts of fatty acids.

How to use:  One capsule 1-2 times a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
