This monitor measures blood pressure at the wrist instead of the upper arm, so it is lighter and more compact and easy to take with you when travelling. Most monitor's measure blood pressure after the cuff has been inflated, but with the Digital Wrist Monitor, the measurement is taken as the cuff inflates, which is much more comfortable and faster. An irregular heartbeat indicator is included, and measurements of both pulse rate and blood pressure are taken during the heartbeat irregularity.
