This is a stand-alone toolset for making shaker-style cabinet doors. which are one of the most in-demand trends for interior cabinetry. The profile angle is 15°. We developed this tool based on feedback and requests from our clients, who were looking for a simple and cost-effective way to produce shaker cabinet doors in volume. While 'true' shaker doors can be produced without specialized tooling, the process can be slow and cumbersome. By using the same design principle as our Stile and Rail set, we designed a new tool set with intuitive set-up and streamlined production for shaker-style cabinet doors.

The set consists of tool elements stacked on the spindle. Their consistent inside diameter means no fence adjustments are required between tenoning and profiling- simply move the spindle up or down to switch between operations. The 15° bevel on the profile is designed for long-lasting cabinet doors which will hold finish without the serious vulnerability to dings and chips of a hard square corner.
