Released by Matchbox in 1969 as part of their Models Of Yesteryear Y series of Die-cast Replica Vehicles. This fantastic 1-45 scaled diecast replica model features the 1911 Daimler that sports a yellow die-cast body with brown and dark red trim and measures 85mm long by 35mm wide by 40mm high. This was the smallest of the famous sleeve-valve engined Daimlers and was made only in 1911. Known as the type A12, with an engine of 1.7 litres, this car had the unsual feature of Rudge-Whitworth wire wheels as standard equipment. Brand New Shop Stock Room Find.
