The 2023 ‘Puits de Chaux’ from Domaine de Chassorney is a vibrant and expressive Pinot Noir from the high-altitude vineyards of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Farmed organically and vinified with minimal intervention by natural winemaker Frédéric Cossard, this wine reflects purity, precision, and a strong sense of place.
