Aluminum Thermal Spraying
Ultra-lightweight titanium material with high durability and superexcellent processing technologies expand the world of outdoor cooking. Made in Japan.

EPI technologies have dramatically improved heat transfer efficiency.
The ATS titanium cooker use the same technologies as are used to coat bridge girders and the bottoms of ships. By spraying aluminum on the bottom of the pan, low heat transfer efficiency, which is the weakness of titanium, is conquered.
Microscopic asperities on the bottom help to spread the heat to the whole pan evenly and work as slip resistance on the trivet.

Characteristics of titanium
