Here's a magical way to drink more elderberry. After years of trying different flavor combinations to pair with elderberries, we landed on cherries, limes, and a tang of vinegar. Our concentrated base syrup is made to combine with seltzer to make delicious soda. One 9.3 fl oz bottle makes about five 12-oz sodas -- one fluid ounce of soda syrup (or 2 Tablespoons) to 11 fluid ounces of seltzer.

Or alter the instructions a bit and make it stronger or weaker depending on your preference.

This Elderberry Soda Syrup is sweeter than Elderberry Apple Shots, and has a tangy undertone because of the splash of vinegar. We don't recommend it for pancakes or ice cream, but it does pair very well with rum or vodka.
