Spring Term: After School Art Program at Petite Forêt Play Café

The program is led by an experienced art educator who is passionate about helping children explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills. The classes are held in a safe and nurturing environment that allows children to freely express themselves and have fun while learning.
 

After DROP OFF, each day starts with SNACK TIME followed by 15min DOODLE TIME, an activity that helps children get into the creative mindset. Then lessons with demonstrations are led by our awesome "Hristina Magic-Beana" on specific art techniques and mediums, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and much much more. During each activity children will have the opportunity to work on their own projects, with the support and guidance of the instructor. The program encourages children to experiment with different materials and techniques, and to develop their own unique style. 

In addition to the technical skills, the program also focuses on helping children develop social emotional awareness through developing their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. They will learn how to analyze and interpret art, as well as how to give and receive constructive feedback.

Our After School Program provides children with a fun and engaging way to explore their creativity, develop their own artistic skills, and build their confidence. It is a great opportunity for children to experience the joys of making art, while also learning valuable life skills.
