When we set out to design a cutting board, we wanted to address our own frustrations with existing plastic boards. First, we textured the surface to provide better gripping. The texture also hides knife marks so the board looks good for years. Then we added a curved handle to keep the board stable during chopping and aid in transferring your food from board to bowl.
