Wye Valley Sport is the second title in an on-going series of local guides for local climbers, lovingly put together by Great Western Rock and published by Dick's Climbing.

This is the third edition of the comprehensive guide to sport climbing in the Wye Valley. Features over 400 bolted routes in the Wye, over half of which are in the grade range of F2+ to F6b.

Since the guides introduction in 2017, there have been several changes and developments to be aware of, mostly regarding Ban-y-gor and Woodcroft Quarry. Firstly, access restricitons for all areas of Ban-y-gor (specifically Cemetary and Apedex secotrs) have been lifted and are now properly described. 
Secondly and importantly, at the time of writing access to Woodcroft is under threat. Please follow only the detailed access routes.
