Whilst this beer really has nothing to do with a duck that drinks milkshakes, or a duck made of milkshakes or, indeed, a milkshake made of ducks, it does see us experiment and push our own limits by creating our first ever Ice Cream IPA, an extension of our Oat Cream IPA range.

Bursting with fruity notes that are not usually associated with our hazy IPA's, we have added fresh lychee and banana to this beer and increased the lactose addition giving it an extra indulgent sweetness. The signature pillowy haze has been dialed back to brighten up the tropical flavours of pineapple and stone fruit from the late addition of BRU-1 and Citra, adding complexity and giving the style a unique personality, far removed from it's OCIPA's lineage.
