I'd bet this lovely Universal glass Prohibition era hip flask has a pretty rich history, and hopefully an equally rich one ahead of it! Made of thick pressed glass, it features a diagonal pattern running in opposite directions on either side, yielding a sort of moire pattern when viewed head on. The silver toned metal cap screws on tightly--perfect for tucking in a pocket or a bag for tippling anywhere.

Universal PAT D Feb 8 1927" is pressed on the bottom (although hard to read). The cap shows some age and a couple of dings, but it still looks great, and the glass is in very good condition, with no chips or significant scratches. 5 1/4" tall x 3 3/8" wide x 1 1/4" deep.
