Troy, 1883, with Fancy CancellationsI love this visually, with the vertical stripes of the refrigerator exterior perfectly complemented by the vertical ones of the postal cancellations, but also just for featuring a picture of a very early "refrigerator," with huge chunks of ice filling the top chamber.
