Choice Organic Teas works closely with our international growers in countries across the world, including China, India, Japan, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania to create organic teas known for outstanding character and clarity of flavor. Oolong teas are partially oxidized. This process creates a flavor between green teas (not oxidized) and black teas (fully oxidized). Oolong enthusiasts appreciate the lingering, mellow flavor.

After plucking, the leaves are lightly bruised and briefly oxidized to create a subtle, mild-tasting organic tea. Ours has a gentle earthiness and a delightfully aromatic character.
