Our peppermint bark is the combination of two amazing, super high quality chocolates! We've spent many months tasting white chocolate and finding one we felt was the perfect fit for this creation, and we found it with Valhorona. The creamy white chocolate is slathered over a semi sweet Belgian Chocolate that has been mixed with crushed peppermint candy. Then even more crunchy peppermint goodness is sprinkled over the top. This is honestly the best peppermint bark we have ever tasted!
