Photos show it made in a  variety of fabrics:  on models, C6 - 100% Cotton Fleece - teal **, also in P6 - Polar Fleece - camel **.  On mannequin in P13 Stretch Lace***.  Whatever the fabric is it needs to look good on the back side as well, because that is what shows on the collar. Works really well in Cotton Fleece, Cotton French Terry, and Polar Fleece.

Small (1x/2x)- 64"/25", Medium (3x/4x)- 76"/26",

Large (5x/6x)- 86"/28", *XL (7x/8x)- 98"/30", *XXL (9x/10x)- 106"/32"

*in larger sizes, depending on the fabric, we may need to add seams.

For this style as shown, for most sizes, you need 3 1/2 yards of 58/60" wide fabric.

For size Large and XL 4 1/2 yards, and for XXL, 5 1/2 yards.

This style works for best for fabrics with some stretch.

If you want it much longer, you'll need extra fabric.
