This limited-release tequila captures the essence of premium blanco tequila at an elevated 47% ABV (94 proof). Each 700ml bottle showcases Siete Leguas' masterful distillation techniques and generations of tequila-making expertise.

Sweet, cooked agave leads with a refreshing vegetal punch. Notes of fresh grass, green olive, black pepper, and a hint of cinnamon rise to the surface. Subtle layers of dried cherry and strawberry add gentle fruity undertones. Silky and well-rounded in texture, offering a smooth mouthfeel. The front palate opens with sweet cooked agave and a touch of vanilla, evolving into lively pepper spice at mid-palate. Hints of fruit and spice linger, building toward a lively, flavorful kick on the finish. Long and satisfying, marked by persistent pepper spice and faint fruit tones in the background. It starts with a bit of heat that quickly mellows into a pleasant, warming sensation. 

From the beginning in 1952 at Fabrica El Centenario Siete Leguas has remained family owned and operated, and combines the tequila from their two distilleries, 'El Centenario' founded in 1952 and 'La Vencedora', considerd the 'modern' facility, founded in 1984. Siete Leguas- NOM 1120 is a family-run distillery owned by Juan Fernando Gonzalez. Both distilleries make complete tequila- cooking, macerating, fermenting and distilling, two hours east of Guadalajara in the town of Atotonilco in Jalisco, Mexico. Casa Siete Leguas operates these two separate distilleries, and they are about 150 yards apart down the road. 

Siete Leguas grow their own agaves, and their fields are nearby. The agaves grow larger here, produce sweeter and fruitier tequila, and all the agaves used are from this region. Without getting sidetracked, most people know that Siete Leguas produced the original Patron tequila, from 1988 to 2002 at the time when Patron was building it's reputation for what they considered the best premium tequila in Arandas.
