Free Curbside Delivery includes standard freight delivery to the drive or front porch. If there are any steps leading to your door the trucking company will deliver the boxed product curbside. Residential Inside Delivery, an upgraded delivery option, your product will be delivered by a freight carrier and brought right inside your home. The freight carrier cannot carry the product up any stairs or ramps nor will they unpack the product to fit through doors. If your doorway is not large enough to accommodate a 36 inch box, if you have steps, or if the distance between the roadway and the entryway is unreasonably long you will not qualify for Residential Inside Delivery, please consider White Glove Delivery. Please note this may add to delivery time.
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option, with White Glove Delivery, your new product is shipped to a trained agent in your area where it is inspected for damage and tested thoroughly. The local agent then calls you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please keep in mind, the agent will not move any furniture in order to get the product in the home or set up. With White Glove Delivery your product is delivered into your home, set up, inspected for damage, power connected and all packaging and debris removed. Please note this may add to delivery time.

2 Year In Home Service is an upgrade option for this product.  In the first two years if you experience a problem with your product, simply call Midwestern Medical Supply and arrange for an authorized technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair. The two year service plan covers labor, but does not cover parts. The parts may be covered under the consumer limited lifetime and seven year warranty.
