• This case was removed from a full size passenger car.
• Case top two bolt holes are 7 3/4" wide center to center.
• Fits the 429 460 351M and 400.
• Internal case lugs are in good condition, see pictures.
• NOTE: this case is the pre 1972 66-71 style that uses the valve body for the detent control on the shift linkage. It does NOT have the threaded bolt hole for the spring and roller that creates the detent in the 72 and up version. Quick way to tell is this case uses the linkage that does NOT have the rooster part on the linkage.
