Dad's Hat is a craft distillery in Bristol, PA that is focused entirely on making rye whiskey in the traditional Pennsylvania style (with less corn in the mash, Pennsylvania style ryes tend to be a bit spicier and drier than Maryland or Kentucky-style rye).  Distilled from local Pennsylvania grain from a mash of 80% rye, 15% malted barley and 5% malted rye, this particular release is finished casks that held local honey and bottled at 90 proof.  The result is a subtle honey sweetness and a luscious mouthfeel that is a pleasure to drink.
