Delivery Information

Delivery is typically 1–3 weeks.

Once your order is ready, a suitable delivery date will be arranged. On the day of delivery, you will receive a delivery time slot and tracking information where available.

Deliveries are kerbside only and take place on weekdays. The building is delivered flat-packed, and someone will need to be present to accept and inspect the delivery. Please ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle and unloading process.

The 10-year anti-rot guarantee is subject to the building being treated after installation and maintained annually with a suitable timber preservative and waterproof top coat.
