We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help make it right. Just keep in mind that we can only accept returns for products within the standard measurements, specifically:
36", 48", 60" inches Lenght
4", 5", 6" inches Wide.
CUSTOM SIZES UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT BE RETURNED.

If you do need to return a product within the standard measurements, the return shipping cost is on you and there will be a 20% restocking fee charged by the manufacturer. But don't worry, we promise to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

[DAMAGE]
We want to assure you that we take great care in packaging our marble thresholds to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. In fact, we use the highest standard of protective packing to guarantee a 99% safe delivery rate. That is, 1 out of 100 Saddles shipped by us arrived broken.

Unfortunately, there is a small chance that a product could arrive damaged due to mishandling by the parcel company. We know how frustrating this can be, but we want you to know that we've got your back. In the very rare event that your product arrives broken, just let us know and send over a couple of pictures of the damage. We'll get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible, so you can enjoy your beautiful marble threshold without any worries.
