All rise for the Honorable Judge!

“One and, and, and, and One and, and Three and, and…” is the count that's going through a punk rock rhythm guitarist's mind as they're playing through a song. It also happens to be the title of Scott Sellers' new album, which releases physically on Friday, June 20, 2025. It will be available digitally Friday, June 27 on all major streaming services.

Upon cross-examination of ‘One and, and, and, and One and, and Three and, and’, you will find 14 articles of pop punk and melodic hardcore testimony with themes including mental health, societal norms, and the human condition. This album is a labor of love, curated entirely by Scott, from the first note to the final master. He played every instrument, sang every note, and recorded, mixed, and mastered the record. In fact, the only evidence not provided by Scott were the album artwork and layout by Sterio Design, the vinyl fabricated by 33 Grooves in Ventura, California, and the cover artwork for the singles and promotional material created by Scott Sugarman (The Softer Side).

As for the verdict? Guilty of shredding in the first degree.

When asked about the 'Judge' character, Scott revealed, "Well, for the first record, The Judge represented humans in general to me. The majority of my songs are about mental health, anxiety, depression, etc. For me, a big part of that is the thought of being judged, and how to act in the different environments of life. Everyone (me included) pointlessly judging everyone and ourselves. Now he's just my guy. My character."
