Wearing: simply pull thumb support on like a glove with the thumb through the smaller opening. The support is reversible to fit either right or left. Support should fit snugly but not so tight it digs into skin. To determine your size: measure circumference of wrist. Fits right or left. Care: hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring). Air dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
