With 2500 nits ultra-high brightness, the PO-5502 open frame displays provide optimal readability, whether in direct or indirect sunlight conditions, while retaining the superior image quality AG Neovo large format displays are known for.

The PO-5502 is made of a Public Information Display (PID) panel for 24/7 operation, in which the liquid crystal cell can resist heat up to 110°C / 230°F, compared to the typical TV panel, around 65-75°C (149-167°F). This unique high-temperature liquid crystal technology prevents the black spots that can develop on competing displays when subject to high heat loads from direct sunlight.

The PO-5502 displays adopt the Quarter Wave Plate (QWP) polariser with a low reflection solution (Reflectance ≤ 1.45%) to enhance the visibility and colour vibrancy of the display for outdoor applications.

The magnetic IR and ambient light sensor board can be easy-to-move and magnetised to the rear of the displays or the iron cases to suit different outdoor environments.

The PO-5502 open frame display’s built-in HeatControl Sensors automatically activate the internal cooling fans when the temperature rises in outdoor environments.

To combat the effects of traditional LCD burn-in or ghosting, AG Neovo utilises its patented Anti-Burn-in Technology to prevent image burn-in and assure the extended life span for displays.

An embedded energy-saving EcoSmart Sensor, exclusively designed by AG Neovo, can automatically adjust display backlight brightness based on the ambient luminance, particularly in outdoor settings, which can significantly save energy.
