What is included in the kit?

• Tiamo K02 stainless steel filter – Flat-bottom design for even and predictable brewing. Made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. Includes a practical plastic tray and measuring scoop.
• Filter paper (100 pcs) – Naturally bleached filter papers for the Kalita 185 series, optimized for a clean and balanced cup of coffee. Perfect for 2–4 cups.
• Timemore glass pot – Sleek and heat-resistant glass pot with glass handle and silicone-sealed lid. Available in two sizes: 360 ml and 600 ml

Brewing instructions

1. Preparation – Heat water to 92–96°C and place the filter in the filter holder. If using filter paper, rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.
2. Dosing – Measure 15 g of coffee per cup and grind it to a medium-coarse grind.
3. Blooming – Gently pour double the amount of water relative to the coffee (30 g water for 15 g coffee) and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
4. Brewing – Pour slowly and in a circular motion over the coffee in intervals. The entire brewing process should take 3–4 minutes.
5. Serve & enjoy – Let the coffee drain through, pour into the Timemore pot, and enjoy a perfectly brewed cup of pour-over coffee.
