Description - 1950s wearable folk art halloween skirt that I rescued from a costume closet at an estate sale in a 125 year old house. It has yellow cats that are hand stitched on. The edges of the cats is raw. 

*I used a crinoline in the photos to fully show the artwork on the skirt but it is not included.

Size - XXS but please check measurments

Waist - 11" across but it kind of worked on my mannequin that has a 24.5" waist because the zipper is attached in a really strange way on a curve the pull locks down

Hips - approximately 32" across

Length - 24"

Condition - There are a number of tiny holes in it and some scuffs on the fabric. It is not professionally made so the stitching has imperfections.
