As a deeply dished steering wheel, the Luisi Mirage meets the highest standards of quality and handiness. It impresses with its excellent grip, ensures optimal grip even under the greatest driving loads, such as in a drift, and is therefore particularly suitable for sporting use.

HANDCRAFTED QUALITY

The dished steering wheel is made exclusively by hand in Italy using selected, finest black leather and black anodized aluminum. The manufacturer "Volanti Luisi" is certified according to ISO 9001 and thus demonstrably meets the highest quality standards.

ENTRY MADE EASY

In order to facilitate the entry in the vehicle registration document at the TÜV, special TÜV test reports were created for our Luisi sports steering wheels in connection with deformable sports steering wheel hubs.

Thanks to the enclosed TÜV test report of the TÜV Automotive GmbH of the TÜV Süddeutschland Group, an individual acceptance / entry is usually possible.
The following tests were carried out during the test:
- heat test
- Bend test
- Torque test
- Fatigue test
- Crash test according to Appendix 4 of the ECE regulation
- installation test
- Driving behavior if the power steering system fails

NOTE: If your BMW E36 was equipped with a driver's airbag, here is it Requires conversion from winding coil to slip ring, so that the TÜV-compliant LUISI sports steering wheel hub can be driven. We offer a suitable one for this Conversion kit on. If you have any questions, just write us E-mail or call us.

In rare cases, some airbag models (e.g. M-Technik steering wheels) still have a slip ring installed (instead of the winding coil), but here you also need the non-airbag slip ring from our conversion kit.
