A characterful Champagne made exclusively from Meunier, showcasing the full potential of this expressive grape. Vinified in 50% stainless steel tanks and 50% oak barrels. Second fermentation in the bottle aged for 30 months on lees, this cuvée is a tribute to the terroir of Chamery and the estate’s sustainable, organic viticulture. Only 1000 bottles made. Made 100% of the harvest of 2020.

Golden in color, the nose opens with fresh apple and orchard fruit aromas. The palate is fruity and lightly oaked, offering both freshness and depth. With a low dosage of 4 g/L, it’s a vibrant and food-friendly Champagne—perfect with aperitifs, soft cheeses, or cured ham.
