Our black fabric is especially chlorine resistant.

We can do other colors or prints on special request, but that will make them a non-refundable item, and prints would incur a surcharge.

1x - 42"/16 3/4", 2x - 46"/18 1/4"', 3x - 50"/19 3/4", 4x - 55"/21 3/4", 

5x - 60"/24 1/2", 6x - 65"/27", *7x - 71"/29 1/2", *8x - 77"/32 1/4", 

*9x - 83"/35 1/2", *10x - 89"/ 39"       *larger sizes may require side seams 

*remember these are very stretchy fabrics, the shorts should be smaller than your body, see size chart below for guidelines.

cut and sew

Our cut and sew charge would be $40.

For this style as shown, for sizes 1x - 6x you need 2 1/4" yards of 58/60" wide fabric, 7x and 8x need 2 1/2 yards, 9x and 10x need 2 3/4 yards.

It needs to be a 4-way stretch, stretchy knit fabric with some spandex in it. (If you want it much longer, you'll need extra fabric).
