Tasting Notes: The Angélica Zapata Chardonnay is a faithful expression of Mendoza’s highest altitude microclimate. Warm, sunny days and cool nights allow the Chardonnay grapes grown at the foot of the Cordon del Plata mountain range to achieve excellent balance and maturity.

Serving Temperature: 10–12°C.

Decanting: A 15–30 minute decant helps integrate oak and open the aromatics (citrus, brioche, minerality).

Cellaring Potential: Drink now to 5–8 years.
